Julley and Hello from Stanzin! I am your host at The Hermit homestay and travel guide @ Ladakh Travel Craft Local Base Tour Operator in Ladakh.
Being true adventure lover and trekking enthusiasts, ! For me, Ladakh is more than just Pangong Lake and so we curate unique and bespoke experiences along with many tour operators from India and other Inbound Countries for our guests. I always try to accompany my guests on travel, to show you not only the places but the culture, history, flora and fauna of Ladakh. Specially we are specialised in Organising Wildlife tours like Snow leopard in winter . I don’t believe in bus loads of guests but try to provide personal and bespoke travel experiences.
I did my higher studies from Delhi University and worked for EU for 3 years. The Hermit homestay is my sincere effort to provide you with the best possible homestay and travel experience in Ladakh. I speak English, Hindi, Ladakhi and a bit of French.

Stanzin's deep connection to Ladakh reflects in his dedicated efforts to showcase its beauty to the world.
Known for his active and motivated approach, Stanzin has seamlessly integrated into his position at Ladakh Travel Craft for the past years. His enthusiasm not only enhances the visitor experience but also contributes significantly to the success of the organization. He stands as a beacon of expertise and energy in the realm of Ladakh's tourism, leaving an indelible mark on all those who cross paths with him.
Manoj Gupta
IT head
Manoj Gupta is our IT and digital marketing specialist. An IIT graduate with over 35 years of software industry experience, he brings a wealth of experience to our ongoing digital marketing efforts. He is also an avid traveller and so understands the requirements of the travel and hospitality industry. As someone who loves Ladhak and its people, he has been involved with various social causes and also volunteers as a teacher in remote Ladhaki villages. He is based out of New Delhi.
